Group Class Timetable

COVID UPDATE

 Classes will slowly move back to their studio venues from 17th May 2021 but online options will remain available.

During class clients are advised to wear clothing which is easy to move in and is relatively fitted. Pilates is practised either in bare feet or socks.

Clients with serious injuries or a significant degree of physical difficulty are required to have a private session before joining a group class. Please contact me if you are uncertain, I will be happy to advise you.
 

*Please note: Group classes are run in 6/7 week terms and are payable as a block. If you miss a class you are welcome to attend on another night. All classes are number restricted to 12 so please contact me in advance for availability.
