The flowing sequences of exercises work towards creating a strong, well defined and flexible body that moves with ease and grace. It will leave you feeling invigorated and refreshed.

I welcome a wide range of clients from beginners right through to advanced, working with those aiming to increase their fitness levels and aesthetic to individuals who are rehabilitating from pain and injury. Pilates is widely endorsed by physiotherapists, GPs and osteopaths and is a controlled, safe and effective form of exercise. Pilates really can be enjoyed by anyone of any age or ability and I am keen to tailor our sessions to help each individual meet their own set of goals.
